Check in couldn't have been a better experience. The woman working 11/19 at 5:45 pm was incredible. Made me feel welcomed and appreciated even while she was busy. This is my 3rd Marriott of the week and would come back just cause of her. If I lived in Miami Id have hored her on the spot.
Room does not have a microwave. There's no continental breakfast included, pool closes at "dusk",gotta pay for parking, and you can hear all the planes landing/departing from airport. Very disappointed with all the hidden fees.
Location is great, but cleanliness can use some improvement. Carpets are rundown. Room doesn't have a clean feeling
Nice room with nice towels and they actually leave you enough towels and wash clothes. Plus the air conditioner actually worked and held the temperature

I was able to park my car at the hotel and take a shuttle to the cruise port, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. After my trip, I had a billing issue, but the staff worked with me to get it resolved promptly. Check-in was quick and easy, and overall, the service was helpful and professional—a reliable option if you need an overnight stay near the airport or cruise port.
Clean and spacious rooms, beautiful view of the pool on an inside room, bar is very good and the pool was perfect. Can't hear the planes from the inside of your room unless your patio door is open. Great service and parking available for travel/cruises. Shuttle to and from the airport or the cruise terminal.
This was a one night stay before going on our cruise. The service was good, rooms were clean, and the staff friendly. It was perfect for what we needed. The air conditioning was cold and the shower water was hot. The water pressure was strong. Truly everything that I needed for its purpose.
Close to the airport, but a long ride regardless. Breakfast and cocktails were well prepared, front desk staff were excellent. I wanted to take a quick dip in the pool but couldn't figure out how to open the gate- didn't bring it up as I was leaving shortly thereafter. Would recommend
